The Customer Service Advocate (CSA) works in a Service Center environment and is the primary point of contact for inbound calls, Live Chat inquiries, and customer support cases. The CSA’s daily objective is to provide a superior customer experience by collaborating with multiple cross-functional operations teams to resolve customer issues.  Customer support tasks include, but are not limited to: new client set up, account and specimen management, clinical and billing support, shipping, equipment, and supply inquiries. The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder. Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers, and colleagues.

Ø  Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design.

Clinical Laboratory Scientist- Results

SCHEDULE: Night Shift

This position offers four 10 hour shifts with an 8pm PT start time. The 4 days will be between Tuesday and Sunday.

Hours worked between 9pm and 4am will receive a 10% night shift differential.

Additionally, if scheduled to work hours on both Saturday and Sunday, a $200 weekend differential will be provided.

LOCATION: San Diego, CA

While the work schedule will be primarily remote, employee needs to live within the San Diego area to come onsite for occasional training.
