Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

The Customer Service Advocate (CSA) works in a Service Center environment and is the primary point of contact for inbound calls, Live Chat inquiries, and customer support cases. The CSA’s daily objective is to provide a superior customer experience by collaborating with multiple cross-functional operations teams to resolve customer issues.  Customer support tasks include, but are not limited to: new client set up, account and specimen management, clinical and billing support, shipping, equipment, and supply inquiries. Customer Consultant (Estimation Engineers)

The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder. Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers, and colleagues.

Ø  Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design.                                

Ø  Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.                                   

Ø  Receive phone calls from external and internal customers (end customers included) and support them.                  

Ø  Collaborate with the market development department regarding the projects that need technical support.

Ø  Engage with specialized project designs.                                                                                                          

Ø  Settle and train for AlumilCal.                                                                                                                 

Ø  Identify and satisfy clients’ needs.                                                                                                                        

Ø  Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase.

Additionally, if scheduled to work hours on both Saturday and Sunday, a $200 weekend differential will be provided.

LOCATION: San Diego, CA

While the work schedule will be primarily remote, employee needs to live within the San Diego area to come onsite for occasional training.
