The Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to support our retail operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how products move from our warehouses to major retail partners.

You will help with retail item setup, purchase order tracking, data entry, packaging/labeling updates, and communication between teams and retail partners. If you enjoy working with details, staying organized, and supporting a busy operations team, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

Item Setup & Data Entry

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an Accountant to join their dynamic Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Accounting Department, including coordination across various accounting processes.
  
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners as required.
  
• Reconcile invoices with sales orders and incoming payments.
  
• Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, and intercompany accounts.
  
• Prepare payment instructions and process bank deposits.
  
• Organize and record bookkeeping transactions for all companies within the Group.
  
• Review spreadsheets and financial data for accuracy.
  
• Maintain both digital and physical financial records.
  
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
  
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
  
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and other financial reports.
  
• Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail.
  
• Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager.

Customer Consultant (Estimation Engineers)

The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder. Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers, and colleagues.

Ø  Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design.                                

Ø  Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.                                   

Ø  Receive phone calls from external and internal customers (end customers included) and support them.                  

Ø  Collaborate with the market development department regarding the projects that need technical support.

Ø  Engage with specialized project designs.                                                                                                          

Ø  Settle and train for AlumilCal.
