We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Personal Driver to the CEO. In addition to providing safe and timely transportation, you will also manage the vehicle fleet—overseeing day-to-day garage operations, scheduled maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.

Primary duties - Personal driver:

  • Safely and timely drive the employer to local destinations as instructed 
  • Safely drive the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
  • Ensure that the car is always clean by regularly taking it for wash
  • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in great condition
  • Report promptly for any issues (mechanical, electrical, body, damages) identified on the vehicles under his responsibility
  • Consider different routes, check climate, and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
  • Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours
  • Personal Driver for the Shareholder in accordance to Shareholder's schedule and needs. 
  • Daily care (i.e. arrange for cleaning, maintenance and repairs) of all the personal vehicles of the Shareholder
