Junior Operations Controller

We are looking for a Junior Operations Controller to join our team in Bergen. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who has an interest in finance, operations, and the maritime industry.
As a Junior Operations Controller, you will support the Operations team by monitoring and analyzing operational costs, preparing reports, and contributing to financial and operational performance analysis across departments. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and Operations Managers, helping ensure accurate cost allocation, high-quality data, and timely financial reporting. You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing activities, and process improvements while gaining valuable insight into our operational business.
