DOF is excited to announce opportunities on our prestigious vessel, Skandi Jupiter, as we continue to uphold our commitment to excellence in offshore services. We are seeking dedicated team members to join us on this exciting journey starting from June 6th 2026 and for 6 months. Handover period prior to embarking is expected.

Current rotation - 4 weeks. Operation area - Brazil

As part of the crew on Skandi Jupiter, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to various tasks and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency in our work.

The organization supports high-capacity bandwidth-sharing networks and operates a distributed crawler capable of accessing high-quality public web data at a global scale. Additionally, the team has engineered sophisticated pipelines for the ingestion, segmentation, and annotation of billions of multimedia files, facilitating dataset creation for frontier research labs.

The organization operates as a lean, technical team that prioritizes speed and direct execution. As a Research Crawling Engineer, the successful candidate will design and operate large-scale web data acquisition systems. This role encompasses distributed systems, scraping infrastructure, and data pipelines, focusing on providing high-quality inputs for research and model development.

You’ll be at the front line of the sales organization — generating pipeline, qualifying prospects, and setting up Account Executives for success.

If you’re motivated, confident on the phone, highly organized, and ready to grow your career in a fast-moving international sales team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.
• Qualify leads, understand pain points, and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities from first contact through handoff.
• Clearly articulate Keycafe’s SmartBox value proposition and how it solves operational challenges.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and booking quotas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead notes in CRM systems.

We're looking for Portuguese speakers for several different projects right now!

Some are located in Athens, others in Chania or Thessaloniki. Most have the option to work remote from Greece too!

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese
• Very good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
