Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Platform)

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, 4-5 days/week)

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of customer engineering and technical development, serving as the critical link between our AI platform and our enterprise customers.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and supply chain operations across the US. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in logistics and supply chain. The role involves assisting with shipment tracking, vendor communication, documentation, and process optimization in a fast-paced, diverse, and fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shipping and logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and tracking records.
• Update logistics and inventory data in internal systems and tools.
• Communicate shipment status updates to internal and external teams.
• Help resolve delivery delays, missing documentation, or damaged goods reports.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
• Provide administrative support to internal teams.
• Onboard new logistics providers.
