Requirements

• Active PMP certification
• Prior experience managing a large federal program.
• Prior experience in large-scale financial management business transformation, SaaS delivery model adoption, including customer and provider side implementation, and large-scale program integration.
• 15 years’ experience in areas related to finance, acquisition, and technology.
• Successful experience in implementing a large complex financial and acquisition management cloud-based solution for Cabinet Level Agency.
• Experience leading a Momentum implementation.

VA is migrating to the Momentum cloud solution, configured for VA as Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (iFAMS) and hosted in the VA Azure cloud. The Principal Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) design engineer will be responsible for leading a design team or provide EC&I expertise within a multi-discipline team delivering one or more design projects. These designs will cover the full project life cycle from concept design through to manufacture and commissioning.

When leading a project, the Principal EC&I engineer shall be responsible for the coordination, planning and approval of designs in accordance with the required standards, procedures and requirements. When collaborating with partners, working within a framework team, they shall provide the design engineering for the EC&I discipline.

·        Provide EC&I technical input to bids.

·        Tender documentation production and development.

·        Development and management of estimates and project schedules.

·        Management of EC&I requirements at all levels.

·        Lead presentations at EC&I design review and other client facing meetings.
