The Bilingual Sales Specialist (commission only) plays a pivotal role in fostering fresh business connections within our established network of merchants. You will focus on one of two key areas: reaching out to merchants to drive sign-ups, or engaging with borrowers to offer Financeit credit or insurance on their loans. Financeit is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new acquisition sales within the Home Improvement sector across Canada. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with associations, OEMs, and service providers to launch new networks of dealers.

The ideal candidate excels at networking and establishing new relationships, and has a data-driven mindset. The role requires someone capable of presenting the product to a large audience, conduct training sessions with key user groups, and develop an in-depth understanding of the Financeit product suite.

About us: we are reshaping mortgage lending through a fully digital and customer-centric experience. As a Head of Credit Operations, you will be a cornerstone of the Credit Operations, responsible for the seamless execution of our digital credit underwriting, disbursal, and post-disbursal account maintenance processes.

Role summary:

Your role will center on operational support and process coordination to ensure that every finance file flows efficiently from initial application to disbursal and beyond. This includes managing real estate valuation logistics and maintaining relationships with certified property valuation agencies. You will be expected to operate with precision, manage multiple workflows, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end digital credit process, including documentation verification, eligibility criteria validation, and application completeness.
