We’re looking for a Junior Video and Content Creator to join our growing Marketing & Communications team, supporting a dynamic and expanding portfolio across the Atlantic Region. 

With a strong pipeline of work already secured into 2027, demand for high-quality video and content continues to rise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on part in delivering engaging, impactful communications across a global audience—while building your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. 

About the role 

This is a blended, content-focused role where you’ll contribute across multiple areas: 

• Atlantic Region marketing priorities – supporting campaigns and storytelling across the UK, Norway, and West Africa 

• DSUS Region – creating content for North American stakeholders (USA and Canada) 

• Corporate communications and other regions – delivering internal and external communications content where required 

You’ll be involved in the full content lifecycle—filming, editing, and producing video and digital content that brings our work to life.
