Als Technisch Consultant Microsoft 365 bij HSO Managed Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten functioneren, beheren en doorontwikkelen van de Microsoft 365-omgevingen van onze klanten. Je zorgt voor een stabiele, veilige en efficiënte digitale werkomgeving, ondersteunt gebruikers en vertaalt functionele wensen naar technische oplossingen.

Je wordt een integraal onderdeel van het klantenteam en naast je advies, richt jij je op:  

·       Beheer en onderhoud van Microsoft 365-omgevingen (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive en Power Platform-componenten (PowerApps, Power Automate);

·       Functioneel beheer: analyseert gebruikersbehoeften, beheert rechten, workflows en documentstructuren, en optimaliseert processen;

·       Technisch beheer: bewaakt integraties, voert updates en configuraties uit, en lost incidenten en storingen op;

·       Beveiliging en compliance: waarborgt informatiebeveiliging, implementeert security policies (MFA, Conditional Access etc.) en bewaakt naleving;

·       Gebruikersadoptie en ondersteuning: ondersteunt eindgebruikers, verzorgt trainingen en documentatie, en stimuleert optimaal gebruik van Microsoft 365-functionaliteiten;

·       Samenwerking met IT en business: fungeert als schakel tussen eindgebruikers, IT-afdeling en externe leveranciers;

·       Innovatie: volgt technologische ontwikkelingen binnen Microsoft 365 en adviseert over nieuwe toepassingen en verbeteringen.
