AV Drafter

Key Responsibilities: 

·          Review and Draft AutoCAD Drawings, including – signal & power flow, mechanical, elevation, presets & layouts

·          Work with Planar Sales team to define scope of project and details to provide accurate drawings

·          Revise drawings as needed as project changes/grows

·          Support the Design Team with additional tasks such providing updates internally & externally, data configuration, short-term objectives

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

·         Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and decision-making skills are essential

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate appropriate information to customers and team members in a professional manner

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Customer Consultant for a 12-month short-term plan with strong communication skills and a real interest for better and effective customer experience. You will be member of the Sales Division. Your role is located in our offices in Thessaloniki, Greece, and you will be next to our clients, project based, since you’re responsible to answer any inquiries they have about our systems and the projects technical specs. In specific, you conduct static studies regarding the appropriate profile selection during the project’s designing phase, while also dealing with specialized designs. You will be responsible for domestic and international projects, carrying-out project analysis including complete technical support and value engineering to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communication & customer support is your second skin, and you actively collaborate with the sales department.   • Develop and review AutoCAD drawings.
  • Participate in the design, evaluation, and analysis of new RES technologies.

Draftsperson - Subsea Projects

Join us as a Draughtsperson in Aberdeen

As a Draughtsperson, you will work in a role that produces 2D/3D procedural drawings to aid projects from tender to as-built. You will use AutoCAD and other computer aided design software to prepare drawings to a high standard for use within our subsea department which will be critical for project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Drawing creation using company templates
  • Producing drawings for subsea project delivery
  • Supporting the drawing office in development of processes and drawing templates
  • Reviewing and updating drawings with input from Engineering team

Whilst this is an office-based position, there will be opportunities to spend time working in other DOF locations and attend vessel familiarisation visits.  We also offer a hybrid working setup where employees can elect to work from home on certain days of the week.
