Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning products and educational services through phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Assist students, parents, and educators with user account issues, course selection, and technical support.
- Provide clear and helpful information regarding course offerings, registration processes, and educational resources.
- Resolve issues and complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the education team to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the education and e-learning sectors.
