Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to healthcare services, appointment scheduling, and insurance details via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
- Provide clear information about services, medical procedures, and patient rights.
- Assist patients with registration, account management, and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure prompt resolution of patient requests and concerns.
- Stay informed about healthcare policies, programs, and services to enhance customer interactions.
