Gritter Francona is seeking an IT Asset Management Senior Analyst to support a federal Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) program. This role will serve as a senior analytical and coordination resource, supporting the Program Manager and acting as a deputy/backup when needed. The Senior Analyst will help advance enterprise ITAM strategic planning, governance, policy documentation, reporting, compliance readiness, and program execution across hardware asset management and software asset management workstreams.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting federal IT or management consulting programs, developing client-ready strategic and governance deliverables, analyzing complex program information, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. This role requires someone who can operate above a task-tracking function by helping shape recommendations, synthesize findings, document decisions, and support the development of practical frameworks, plans, and materials for a maturing enterprise ITAM program.

Responsibilities

Gritter Francona is seeking an IT Asset Management Program Manager to support a federal Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) program. This role will serve as the primary client-facing lead and will oversee the successful delivery of program management support for an enterprise ITAM effort focused on strengthening asset accountability, lifecycle management, governance, reporting, and operational visibility.

The Program Manager will coordinate directly with government program leadership, manage project execution, monitor schedules and deliverables, oversee risk and issue management, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders. • Providing onshore & remote technical support to ROV operations & offshore personnel.
