The role

As a System and Network Administrator, you will be part of our IT Operations team, which is located in our Head Offices in Thessaloniki. On daily basis, you are responsible for ensuring the unlimited function of our Information Systems, Cloud Services, Network and Telecommunication equipment of Alumil Group. The role involves both support work as well as working on new projects. Your typical day at work might include a variety of tasks and responsibilities aimed at:

GENERAL SUMMARY

Under direct supervision, responsible for assisting in preparing specimens for testing and assist with cleaning and organizing the laboratory.

Job Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA

Schedule: Full-Time - Tuesday-Saturday, 4pm to 12:30am

Training Requirement: Initial training for this position will be conducted during daytime business hours. The length of training may vary based on individual progress and business needs. Candidates must be available to train during the day before transitioning to the regular schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

The Applications Engineer is responsible for assisting customers with the development and implementation of industry leading display solutions. The Applications Engineer serves as the primary technical contact to Consultants, Architects, and Designers for pre-sales technical support. The Applications Engineer will interact directly with our customers’ sales, engineering, and others to lead technical discussions about  Planar’s display systems to arrive at an optimal solution. S/he will be responsible for training and occasionally assisting with the installation of products and services at customer sites. Additionally, the Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing feedback and following up on technical issues with the Product Management team.

As a Specimen Collector: 

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens 
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory 
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite 
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)
• Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required
