About the role:

Financeit is seeking a highly motivated internal controls leader to play a pivotal role in the company. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will be instrumental in building, implementing, and continuously improving our internal control environment. This is a high impact role in a growing company where you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure key risks are managed through practical, scalable controls. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader to embed controls into day to day operations - not just documenting them.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of industrial dismantling projects within a high-demand, safety-critical environment, ensuring that all activities are completed in accordance with the agreed project scope, schedule, budget, quality standards and HSE requirements.

The role will be based in Thessaloniki and will lead the on-site execution of the project, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and equipment operators. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of coordination between the client, engineering teams, site personnel, subcontractors, and company management.

The role requires a strong technical and project management background, significant hands-on experience in large-scale industrial projects and the ability to manage complex operational, financial, contractual, environmental and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
