Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
- Provide information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines.
- Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
