Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel reservations, travel packages, and tourism information via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Assist customers with booking processes and provide recommendations for accommodations and activities.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and document any changes or updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with hospitality partners to provide timely and accurate services to customers.
- Stay informed about travel trends, local attractions, and company offerings to provide informed support.
