Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property tours, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Lithuanian.
- Provide detailed information on property features, availability, and pricing.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling for viewings and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with real estate agents and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
