You will serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

  • Διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα, τον χρόνο υλοποίησης και τη συμμόρφωση των τεχνικών εργασιών με τα συμφωνημένα πρότυπα και SLAs.
  • Παρακολουθεί την απόδοση του τμήματος μέσω KPIs και συντάσσει μηνιαίες αναφορές.
  • Εξασφαλίζει την τήρηση των κανόνων Υγείας & Ασφάλειας και τη χρήση ΜΑΠ.
  • Διασφαλίζει τη διαθεσιμότητα του απαραίτητου εξοπλισμού και πόρων για την απρόσκοπτη παροχή υπηρεσιών.
  • Διαχειρίζεται και αναπτύσσει συνεργασίες με εξωτερικούς τεχνικούς συνεργάτες.
  • Συνεργάζεται στενά με τα τμήματα Προμηθειών και Logistics για την έγκαιρη κάλυψη των αναγκών έργων και πελατών.
  • Θέτει μεσο-μακροπρόθεσμους στόχους και παρακολουθεί την υλοποίησή τους.
  • Διασφαλίζει την ορθή εκτέλεση των συμβολαίων τεχνικής υποστήριξης σύμφωνα με το συμφωνημένο επίπεδο υπηρεσιών.

The Lab Specimen Processor Supervisor is responsible for managing the Lab Specimen Processor staff and the pre-analytical functions of specimen opening, lab support, test entry, aliquoting, centrifugation, batching and racking to ensure that all operational procedures and processes are followed including regulatory compliance within the laboratory.
