As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of our existing portfolio of customers. Maximising customer loyalty and profitability. You are located in our headquarters in Kilkis and you are member of the Finance team. We are seeking experienced Product Manager with release management, data analytics, and end-to-end delivery of mobile or web applications. • Manage analytics projects and coordinate with global client and Tiger teams.
• Lead requirement discussions, and oversee planning, development, and documentation of DS/AI solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support account growth.
• Partner with technical teams to select appropriate analytical methods and generate actionable insights.
• Communicate results to senior leadership and support the operationalization of analytics solutions.
