Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, order processing, and service inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
- Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, discounts, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist customers with their orders, including changes, cancellations, and returns.
- Resolve any customer complaints or concerns efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
