In this leadership role, you will drive the design and transformation of end-to-end services that seamlessly connect digital, physical, and human touchpoints. You will lead service design initiatives, mentor team members, and partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that create measurable business impact.

About the Role

RTG is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Design to lead our UI/UX function across digital products, platforms, and client solutions. This role is responsible for defining and driving the design vision, ensuring the delivery of user-centered, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences aligned with business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology strategy.

You will act as the senior design authority, lead and grow a high-performing UI/UX team, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
