We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact within our project delivery division by providing administrative support to both the Contracts & Procurement team.

This position is available as both a Full-time & Part-Time (3 days min., flexible hours to suit, Pro-rata) considerations.

Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with RFQ, tender & supplier evaluation processes
• Maintain contract registers & procurement database
• Monitor contract renewals & compliance
• Liaise between with external vendors & internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods & services
• Support contract administration including document preparation & amendments
• Maintain supplier documentation, certifications & compliance records
• Contribute to process improvements
• Provide general personnel and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue.
• Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors.

Tax & Compliance

• Support US Sales & Use Tax and B&O Tax reporting processes.
• Assist with Corporate Income Tax compliance and tax-related reporting.
• Coordinate payroll tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
• Partner with the US CFO during month-end and year-end close activities.

Budget Control & Cost Management

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ROV Technical Support Lead to join our high-performing team ROV team on a permanent basis.

Primarily you will be working on:

• Providing onshore & remote technical support to ROV operations & offshore personnel.
• Support project execution, including vessel mobilisations, yard activities, and audits.
• Assist with troubleshooting, system configuration, and technical problem resolution related to ROV's.
• Liaise with offshore teams to ensure operational continuity and minimise downtime.
• Engage with sub-contractors, suppliers & internal department to support operations.
• Continuous improvement initiatives & operational efficiency.

– Conduct structured interviews and workshops with business users to elicit, challenge, and validate requirements

– Build strong relationships across business units to become a trusted advisor and bridge to the technology team

– Facilitate requirements sign-off and manage stakeholder expectations throughout delivery

User Journey & Solution Design

– Map current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) user journeys, identifying pain points and opportunity areas
