About the Role

As a Norwegian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.

During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap.

You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.

About The Role

We have multiple opportunities available for passionate and enthusiastic Cruise Attendants to join our dynamic team here at Darwin Harbour Cruises. These casual positions are avaliable now. Our Cruise Attendants are primarily responsible for greeting and assisting guests, delivering premium food and beverage services, ensuring vessel and passenger safety, upholding vessel presentation and conducting safety briefings.

About You

DOF is a leading provider of vessel and subsea services in all the major oil and gas production regions around the world. With world class ROVs (Remote Operated Vehicles), Survey systems, and a fleet of offshore construction vessels, the group combines expertise and technology to deliver integrated subsea solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry.

DOF Canada is currently seeking multiple candidates for the position of Master to work on Canadian Flagged Offshore Support Vessels. Offshore work schedule will be based on a 28-day rotation. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking seafarer who has the passion for a career at sea.  A key to success for this position is the ability to collaborate with offshore and onshore personnel. Both vessels are secured on long-term contracts, supporting the continued growth of our Canadian operations and creating new opportunities for talented people to join our team.
