DOF Canada is currently seeking multiple candidates for Able Seafarer (AB) positions to work on Canadian Flagged Offshore Support Vessels. Offshore work schedule will be based on a 28-day rotation. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking seafarer who has the passion for a career at sea.  A key to success for this position is the ability to collaborate with offshore and onshore personnel. As a Marine Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repairs, and inspections of our vessels' mechanical and electrical systems. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and diagnosing any technical issues that may arise during operations.

Shifts can vary between 13 - 15 hours in duration depending on the day of the week and peak holiday times and follow a 3 days on 3 days off roster including public holidays.  Based primarily out of our Hamer Street terminal, you will gain wide exposure to all our vessels and as such, no two days will be the same.

We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician for our client, a Single Family Office based in Limassol, responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on various machinery and equipment in a private residence.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a high-skilled and reliable Fiberglass technician / laminator / molder versed in preparing and applying fiberglass sheets or molds to create various components and products. This includes cutting fiberglass materials to size, mixing resin and hardeners, and applying these substances to fiberglass sheets. They use rollers or brushes to remove air pockets and ensure a smooth, even coat on molds or parts, adhering strictly to safety and quality guidelines set forth by their industry.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled technician who:

• Has auto body repair, fiberglass repair and fabrication or marine experience
• Familiar with the application of fiberglass resins and related materials
• Furnish hand and auto body tools required to perform daily work efficiently
• Cabinetmaking/Plug and mold making skills
