Reporting to the CX Capability Director, you will build and lead the practice from zero as RTG’s reference for Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud). You will turn our Salesforce partnership into revenue by leading presales, solution design and estimation, own the technical quality of Salesforce delivery, and grow a certified team of 2+ engineers in your first year, working within the architecture and technical standards set by OCTO.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-market Salesforce programme covering Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The programme spans three markets, each with its own stakeholders, integration dependencies, and go-live timelines. This role combines business analysis and project management, acting as the key coordination point between the client, agency team, and development teams.
