We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hands on Senior Project Manager in Sydney to join our team and lead digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team management
  • Work closely with our customers and the HSO consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Manage project resources, risks, and contracts
  • Participate in steering committee and strategy meetings
  • Run daily stand ups as necessary
  • Reporting, invoicing, budgetary control and governance
  • Utilize HSO's proven project methodology to successfully deliver projects

The Dose and Shielding Consultant will be required to support the Discipline Lead in providing for the technical needs of clients and their projects.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Managing dose and shielding projects, as well as a technical leadership role within other projects
  • Providing expert knowledge of dose and shielding safety assessment including being up to date with developments in methodology and approach
  • Providing dose and shielding support to multi-disciplinary teams addressing various safety challenges
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities for the team, including technical support to bids
  • Closely working with the rest of the team to ensure the delivery with high quality and on time
  • Developing asset management plans and monitoring performance
  • Supporting delivery and contributing to the direction of junior team members on various complex projects

  • Some travel between Offices and Clients' sites may be required
