Als Customer Support Specialist unterstützt du deutschsprachige Booking.com‑Nutzer:innen bei allem – von einfachen Fragen bis hin zu kompletten Reiseplanungen. Deine Arbeit sorgt dafür, dass Reisende sich sicher, gut informiert und inspiriert fühlen.

Deine täglichen Aufgaben umfassen:

• Bearbeitung eingehender Anrufe, Nachrichten und E-Mails von Booking.com‑Nutzer:innen
• Verwaltung von Reservierungen, Sonderwünschen, Änderungen und Beschwerden
• Recherche von Reiseoptionen basierend auf Kundenbedürfnissen
• Anpassung von Buchungen nach Kundenwunsch
• Bearbeitung von Zahlungen, Stornierungen und Änderungen
