As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you'll manage our partner relationships, track performance across CPA networks, and help optimize campaigns that drive real results. No degree required — just a hunger to learn the business of online marketing and a sharp eye for what's working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners

Track campaign performance metrics — clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI

Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the creative assets and links they need

Identify top-performing offers and flag underperformers for review

Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with campaigns

Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks

Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks
