We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a luxury hotel management group, a Group Project Manager.

The Group Project Manager is the central point of coordination for the Group's new hotel management agreements and renovation projects , ensuring that, once an agreement has been signed, it is implemented correctly, efficiently, and on time. This role does not negotiate or sign management agreements , but takes ownership of coordinating and confirming the correct and timely execution of everything that follows. This is a hands-on coordination role, responsible for each signed agreement from the start of implementation through to full operational integration, as well as for coordinating actions whenever an existing Group hotel undergoes renovation.

Critical success factor: This role requires strong organizational ability, comfort engaging with multiple stakeholders across the Group, and confidence using technology to track progress on every project.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Coordination of Signed Agreements

• Once a management agreement has been signed, coordinate its implementation through full operational integration

• Develop a detailed implementation plan for each signed agreement, with clear ownership, deadlines, and deliverables

As the ISM you will be responsible for managing authorized retailers, providing support, examining, and understanding dealer’s business needs. You will be accountable for growing the territory through existing accounts and new dealer acquisitions. To succeed in this role your primary goal will be to increase activations through all verticals.

This is an office-based/remote position and will require minor travel to company events as requested.
