The role involves planning and executing manual and automated testing, identifying and tracking defects, and working closely with developers and stakeholders to support high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

Test Planning & Documentation

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
  
• Define testing strategies based on requirements.
  
• Prepare test data and maintain QA documentation.
  
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria to identify potential risks.
  

Manual Testing

• Create and execute manual test cases for new features and modules.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
  
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and edge cases.
  
• Log, track, and verify defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
