What You’ll Do

  • Rotate across key departement’s segments: container & dry bulk post-fixing, S&P, newbuildings, bunkering, market intelligence, and more
  • Learn directly from experienced industry professionals
  • Gradually take responsibility for part of our fleet’s day-to-day operations
  • Develop essential skills in negotiation and interpersonal communication

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Shipping (or related field)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred, not required)
  • Fluency in English
  • Military obligations completed
  • Ambitious, fast learner, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
