We are looking for a Merchandise & Physical Products Manager who will take ownership of branded products, logistics, and partnerships — and help scale this direction into a profitable business line.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end merchandise operations: production, inventory, logistics, delivery.
  • Launch new merchandise formats: branded items, VIP gifts, event products, limited editions.
  • Work with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners (including international).
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to improve user experience.
  • Own pricing, margins, and overall profitability of the merchandise direction.

Requirements

  • Experience in merchandise, e-commerce, or physical product operations.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills.
  • Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Business mindset with focus on margins and scalability.
  • Ability to take ownership and build processes from scratch.
