Στην καθημερινότητά σου η οργανωτικότητα σου και η διάθεσή σου να συνεργαστείς αποτελεσματικά με την ομάδα για την διεκπεραίωση των παραγγελιών είναι αυτό που χρειαζόμαστε. Ως Υπάλληλος Αποθήκης και Διαχείρισης Παραγγελιών βρίσκεσαι στο εμπορικό κατάστημα του Ομίλου Alumil στα Χανιά (Λεωφ. Καζαντζάκη 128, Βαμβακόπουλο 731 34) συνδυάζοντας καθήκοντα αποθήκης, logistics και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Μία πιο λεπτομερή απεικόνιση της καθημερινότητάς σου έχει τα εξής:

• Εκτύπωση λιστών συλλογής εξαρτημάτων και προφίλ (picking) και προετοιμασία παραγγελιών (συσκευασία, παλετοποίηση).
• Φόρτωση παραγγελιών βάσει του καθημερινού προγραμματισμού και παραλαβή υλικών με ποιοτικό και ποσοτικό έλεγχο.
• Σήμανση (barcode), τακτοποίηση στα ράφια, διαχωρισμός ακατάλληλων υλικών και συμμετοχή στις διαδικασίες απογραφής.
• Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διεκπεραίωση παραγγελιοληψίας.
• Διατήρηση του χώρου ευθύνης (αποθήκη εξαρτημάτων) καθαρού και σε απόλυτη ευταξία.
• Υποστήριξη στην παράδοση δρομολογίων με επαγγελματικό όχημα της εταιρείας.
