Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior C# .NET Developer with a strong background in .NET technologies to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in software development, specifically with .NET frameworks. Exposure to .NET 6, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and experience in working with APIs like REST and integrating applications is essential. Hands-on experience working on Azure.

This role involves booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring alignment with crew schedules and company policies. The agent will liaise closely with the crew, Shipboard HR, and onboard hotel operations to deliver seamless travel logistics while maintaining high service standards and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Travel Coordination

• In coordination with Scheduling Managers and Shipboard Crew Accountants, arrange and book all travel needs for crew members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, adhering to company policies and international visa requirements.
• Align travel schedules with embarkation and disembarkation timelines, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Manage last-minute travel changes or emergencies, including cancellations, delays, and rebookings.

Communication & Support

The company is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Concierge to join our sales team at Crystal, a leader in luxury cruise experiences. This role focuses on assisting cruise consultants with essential administrative tasks to ensure seamless post-booking services for our guests.

Essential Job Duties

Post-Booking Support:

·       Manage and update guest records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

·       Handle special guest requests, such as dietary preferences or excursion arrangements, in collaboration with the sales team.

·       Support the preparation and distribution of travel documents and communications.

Administrative Coordination:

·       Assist cruise consultants in managing guest inquiries and following up on post-booking needs.

·       Provide general administrative support, including maintaining organized files and tracking key guest details.

·       Prepare reports and summaries for the sales team as required.

Flexibility for Ad-Hoc Projects:

·       Take on miscellaneous tasks and special projects to support the sales team’s goals and operational needs.

·       Assist in the organization of team events, or internal initiatives.

Job Summary

You will join a high-performance team generating revenue by closing cruise sales from past guests and other sources.
