About the Role

FlatGigs is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech innovator that’s reimagining digital experiences in the mobility and financial technology space.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who can translate complex business needs into simple, elegant, and delightful user experiences.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands product strategy, and enjoys designing for both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape intuitive user journeys and help define the visual identity of a high-impact digital product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design of digital products — from research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define product goals and user flows.
  • Translate technical and financial concepts into accessible, human-centered experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and iterate rapidly.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
  • Ensure design consistency across platforms (web, mobile, dashboard).
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and design fidelity.
