About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Ambassador & Partner Growth to own and scale GoMining's global partner-driven acquisition ecosystem, including ambassador, referral, affiliate, and growth partnership programs.

This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of partner-driven growth — from acquisition strategy and program development to monetization, performance, and revenue generation.

You will be responsible for transforming these programs into a scalable, predictable, and profitable growth engine that attracts new users, increases engagement, and generates measurable business results.

We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking, performance marketing expertise, partnership development, and hands-on execution.

About the Role

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to own GoMining's global commercial strategy and revenue growth.

This is an executive role with end-to-end responsibility for how GoMining acquires, monetizes, retains, and grows customers across the ecosystem.

You will own the commercial model across sales, digital channels, VIP, retention, partnerships, and cross-sell. You will work closely with Product GMs, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to identify where revenue is created or lost and turn those insights into measurable growth.

The CCO will be accountable not only for top-line growth, but also for margin, unit economics, pricing, discounts, channel efficiency, and overall commercial performance.
