We're looking for Danish speakers to join an international customer support team in Athens, working with insurance, claims and device protection.

You don't need previous insurance experience. You'll receive full training and learn the role from the ground up.

What You'll Do

You'll support customers with insurance and protection plans for electronics and other products.
Your daily work will include:

• Registering and managing insurance claims
• Providing updates on ongoing cases
• Explaining coverage, eligibility and next steps
• Helping customers with repairs and replacements
• Handling customer questions and complaints
• Updating and documenting customer cases
• Working with CRM and claims management systems
• Following procedures related to GDPR, data protection and compliance

The role combines customer service with practical claims and case management experience.

The BD Manager will showcase Planar’s cutting-edge visual display technology solutions to the design community and increase the company’s market share and revenue from projects that involve professional AV consultants and architects.

The BD Manager will report to the General Manager - CAD Group and work closely with senior-level customers and internal teams to understand the needs and preferences of AV consultants.
