Our client is a well-funded financial technology firm backed by leading institutional venture capital, including Electric Capital and Paradigm. The organization is rebuilding the core infrastructure that underpins the global financial system by merging traditional institutional finance expertise with advanced blockchain technology to create a faster, safer, and fully on-chain ecosystem.

As a Business Analyst, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating the intricate workflows of institutional loan markets into innovative, scalable software products. This position is ideal for a structured, detail-obsessed builder who excels at transforming ambiguous financial processes into highly executable development plans.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite in New York City and is not eligible for fully remote work.
