Fleet Support Assistant

A fantastic opportunity to join our expanding Project and Fleet Support Team in Lawnswood, North Leeds (LS16 6QY).

Reporting to the Fleet Support Team Leader, the Fleet Support Assistant will support our customers using Fleet products and myMotia. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist in dealing with questions relating to the Fleet products and the myMotia applications.
  • Manage and resolve technical customer queries, liaising with our external IT support providers where necessary.
  • Use different channels to communicate with customers (webchat, Freshdesk, phone)
  • Help shape and test new features for our expanding range of fleet products.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, discuss, and communicate with colleagues and customers to solve their enquiry.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
  • Compliance with our Business Conduct Guidelines and other Group Policies.
