Responsibilities:

  • Work with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), update the client base, and track all interactions and deals.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to improve the client experience.
  • Analyze client behavior and suggest ways to increase their activity and LTV.
  • Make sure all client requests are completed and satisfaction stays high.
  • Find opportunities for upsell and cross-sell with existing clients.
