The organization is seeking a Reinforcement Learning (RL) Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of an RL-driven trading agent. This individual will manage real capital to increase trading volume and user participation within a high-velocity memecoin ecosystem. This is a high-stakes role designed for a "single-owner" expert who can bridge the gap between sophisticated modeling and live financial production. The successful candidate will transition existing heuristic-based systems toward learning-based approaches while enforcing rigorous risk parameters in a 24/7 global market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Global Fundraising Strategy: 
Develop and execute a comprehensive capital raising plan for the inaugural ~$$250M fund. 
• Cultivate and Leverage Investor Relationships: 
Utilize an established network across pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices to secure commitments and build long-term investor partnerships. 
• Team Leadership and Regional Coordination: 
Subject to the successful establishment of the capital raising function, the role will involve developing, mentoring, and managing a dynamic & high-performing marketing team to support and scale global fundraising efforts. 
• Support Key Investor Engagements: 
Personally lead or support critical investor pitches and closings. 
• Market Intelligence and Strategic Positioning: 
Monitor investor trends and competitor activity to refine fundraising strategy

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in capital raising, with a proven and auditable track record

- Deep, long-standing relationships with global investors, including:

- Public and corporate pensions

- Sovereign wealth funds

- Endowments

- Foundations

- Family offices

- Funds-of-funds

- Hedge fund-of-funds

- Shipping-focused institutional investors

- Hands-on experience leading and closing pitches

The role involves developing and executing a global fundraising strategy for a US$750M Global Shipping Fund, hiring and managing a high-performing international marketing team, actively engaging with key investors throughout the fundraising cycle, and leveraging market intelligence to refine investor targeting and enhance strategic positioning.
