In this role, you will be the bridge between our financial operations and our IT infrastructure, ensuring our Epic EHR system is optimized to support seamless billing workflows and financial integrity. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the revenue cycle, a knack for troubleshooting complex system issues, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and administrative stakeholders.

As an Epic Billing Analyst, you will focus on the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Epic Resolute modules. You will ensure that our billing processes—from charge capture to payment processing—are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.

  • Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure products align with BFS regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations.
