The Reservations Supervisor is a key leader responsible for guiding the Reservations Team to deliver efficient operations and an exceptional guest experience. As Head of Platform, you will own this domain end-to-end. You will define the platform strategy, lead a cross-functional engineering organization, establish engineering standards, and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and highly available.

Responsibilities

Platform Ownership

• Own the Platform domain as an internal product serving multiple product teams.
• Define the platform strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive platform scalability, reliability, and engineering excellence.

Custody & Financial Infrastructure

• Own custody infrastructure, including Fireblocks, Uphold, and similar providers.
• Ensure secure asset storage, withdrawals, deposits, and fund movements.
• Improve operational reliability across wallet infrastructure.
