Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel packages, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Czech.
- Provide detailed information on available services, special offers, and travel guidelines.
- Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and handling special requests.
- Resolve customer complaints in a quick and effective manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
