This is a high-autonomy role where you will have the freedom to identify opportunities, design and implement solutions, and measure their impact across our entire product suite.

The Data Scientist will be responsible for leveraging data to drive product decisions, optimize user experiences, and uncover strategic opportunities for growth.

Smart Contract Engineer (Rust) - High-Performance DeFi Infrastructure

Location: PST-CAT preference

We are building the next generation of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) liquidity infrastructure on the Solana blockchain. We are solving a critical industry problem where reliance on over-collateralized lending leads to inefficient capital use, fragmented systems, and unnecessary liquidation risks.

Our solution introduces under-collateralized borrowing, programmable margin accounts, and composable on-chain strategies ("Recipes"), all built with high-performance Rust smart contracts. We are redefining how liquidity moves in DeFi: faster, safer, and more capital-efficient.

We are looking for a highly capable Smart Contract Engineer (Rust) to join our core engineering team and shape the technical backbone of our protocol. You will design, build, and optimize Rust-based smart contracts that power our DeFi infrastructure, working closely with product and protocol teams to create scalable, secure, and innovative financial primitives.

As a core contributor, you will take full ownership of your work, from concept and research to mainnet deployment and maintenance.

Senior iOS Engineer (Mobile Lead, Web3 Focus)

Location: Remote - NY or CA preference - will consider US remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior iOS Engineer to take the mobile lead role in shaping the user experience for an innovative, new asset layer and decentralized platform. This is a unique opportunity to drive the architecture, development, and evolution of our native iOS applications, focusing on delivering a simple, elegant, and trustworthy mobile experience for complex on-chain asset interactions.

You will act as both a hands-on technical contributor and a mentor, shaping the mobile engineering culture alongside product, design, and Web3 teams.

As the Senior iOS Engineer, you will be the mobile expert responsible for defining how users engage with our platform's next-generation asset layer. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional UI/UX for consumers, creators, and communities on iOS.

Lifecycle / Retention Manager (Braze Focus)

Location: Remote - Open to remote US/Canada but MUST be available for in person sprints in NYC - Preference for full time in NYC

We are a lean team of passionate self-starters who relish autonomy and are united by a sense of urgency. We are seeking a Lifecycle / Retention Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our CRM strategy, primarily utilizing Braze.

As the Lifecycle / Retention Manager, you will be the core owner of the entire user messaging lifecycle. You will leverage Braze end-to-end to drive user activation, retention, and reactivation across all messaging channels. Machine Learning Engineer, AI Decisioning (Full-time)
