In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in elevating our software development processes and actively contributing to high-quality product delivery. You will serve as a technical and mentoring leader, driving best practices across multiple teams and codebases.

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for driving the quality of engineering practices within a team, identifying and implementing cross-team improvements, and directly contributing to product development. This role requires technical leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to continuous improvement in our software building and maintenance processes.

AI Solution Engineer (Product Owner Focus)

We are looking for a unique individual to join us as an AI Solution Engineer. This role is a hybrid of Solutions Engineering and Product Management, where you will effectively become the product owner of each customer's onboarding journey.

You will own the end-to-end implementation for new enterprise customers, ensuring they rapidly achieve a fully functional, high-impact AI-driven solution. You will blend deep technical expertise with strong product thinking to translate business goals into tangible, measurable AI experiences.

Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 (Varies based on level and location) + Equity
