The Customer Service Advocate (CSA) works in a Service Center environment and is the primary point of contact for inbound calls, Live Chat inquiries, and customer support cases. SCHEDULE: Night Shift

This position offers four 10 hour shifts with an 8pm PT start time. The 4 days will be between Tuesday and Sunday.

Hours worked between 9pm and 4am will receive a 10% night shift differential.

Additionally, if scheduled to work hours on both Saturday and Sunday, a $200 weekend differential will be provided.

LOCATION: San Diego, CA

While the work schedule will be primarily remote, employee needs to live within the San Diego area to come onsite for occasional training.
