About the role

Reporting to the General Manager - Sales, the Coaching & Development Trainer will be responsible for the induction, training, and development of sales employees at our office located in Halifax. You will assist in delivering sales targets by developing the skills and knowledge of our Fuel Card Sales Teams.

Position Overview:

·         Serve as the Program Manager/Contract Task Manager on a defense service contract.

·         Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and contract management for a geographically dispersed team delivering materiel fielding, medical liaison, management analysis, logistics analysis, and transportation coordination.

·         Act as the primary contractor interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and customer stakeholders, with authority to direct personnel and coordinate corporate resources within contract scope.
