Our client is seeking a professional to lead at the intersection of technology and business strategy. This role is designed for a technical leader who maintains a strong engineering foundation while possessing extensive experience in high-level business discussions. The successful candidate will own the entire pre-sales, discovery, and proposal process, translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and supervising their execution across Ukraine and Europe. Acting as a key part of the CTO office, this individual will help scale technical capabilities and define new business offerings.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, the successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the entire stack—from user interfaces to robust backend infrastructure.
